Chelsea Transfer News: Man United and Liverpool blast, Pogba boost, Pedro hope

Jose Mourinho had a dig at Premier League rivals Manchester United and Liverpool after accusing them of trying to buy the title.
Both clubs have splashed the cash this summer, while the £8million the Blues paid for Asmir Begovic remains the only money spent at Stamford Bridge so far.
"Now, they are buying the title. All of them, they are buying the title," Mourinho said.
However, he might have to break the bank if he wants to sign Paul Pogba from Juventus and he appeared to be given a boost after Manchester City's Fabian Delph ruled his club out of the running.
The City new boy said his signing means they no longer need the Frenchman and the Blues could make an audacious swoop.
The 22-year-old is valued at around £71m by his club and could be tempted by a return to England after failing to make his mark at United.

New reports also suggest Chelsea might be leading the race for Barcelona winger Pedro.
The Red Devils were thought to be in the hot-seat for the 27-year-old but his agent confirmed the deal had hit complications.
"Pedro? We'll see, many things can happen in the world of football, but it's very difficult," he said.
